The water is rising all through Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana. This week, Bud and I rode about a mile from our house down to Rim Shoals on the White River and it was as high as we've seen it in a long time. It was cold down by the river. We're ready for summer when we can get on this river in a canoe!
