2011 Photo Journal

52 weeks of self-portraits as part of a 52-week group photography project.

While I was out of town this week for a meeting of the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries, the NAJA Executive Committee spent some time working with children who were ill.  This precious child was one of the only ones we were allowed to photograph during our time there. She was so precious and kept telling me she needed a bandaid.  The only problem is that the disease she has cannot be healed with a bandaid.  Thank you to the ladies of NAJA who donated over $2,500 to this charity who works with children who are affected by or infected with HIV/Aids.  God bless these precious children.
